You can use our services one-time (minimum 2 hours) or sign a Monthly Service Contract, which will reduce the hourly cost of work. The contract provides for the performance of work at least once a month (minimum 3 hours).

Individual plan
The cost of services is calculated individually depending on the volume and nature of work (€/hour)
The cost of services is valid for work performed during working hours (from 8:00 to 17:00)
If necessary, our specialists can arrive after 17:00 and on weekends, in which case the cost of services will be plus 20 €/hour including VAT 25.5%. On holidays, the cost of services will be plus 30 €/hour including VAT 25.5%.
The cost of our services does not include the cost of materials, mileage compensation (0.53 €/km), waste disposal, equipment rental (by receipt), parking (EasyPark) and other similar costs. These costs are paid by the Client additionally. If necessary, the Client can independently purchase the necessary materials or rent equipment and mechanisms.
The cost of electrical, plumbing and ventilation works is estimated separately depending on the complexity and volume.

Warranty and insurance
For clients with whom a Contract has been concluded, invoices are generated 1-2 times a month and issued as debt. For Clients, invoices for one-time services are issued immediately after the work is completed.
Cancellation of an order must be made no later than 3 working days before the agreed date of provision of services. In case of cancellation later than this period, 50% of the cost of the work is withheld. If the order is cancelled on the day of provision of services, the full cost is charged. According to the current Contract, notice of cancellation of services must be sent 1 month in advance.
